Christmas Update

Since we haved moved to Utah we have been living in Kamas with my family. We bought a house, but sadly won't be able to move in until January. It is near the closest little town to Austin's work. He works in the middle of nowhere. Austin stays in an apt. during the week to be closer to work and we see him on Wed. and the weekends. It is hard at times, but we are making it work. We are so grateful for our family and the help that they are offering us right now. I am sure they will be glad when we leave because Ella and Christian are trashing their house. We are excited to move into our own place that is toddler proofed and not so large that the kids get lost.

Here are some pictures of us decorating the tree. Ella and Christian had so much fun, but hung most of the ornaments on about five different branches. You can't tell from the picture, but Austin is standing on a chair so that Ella can put the star on. Ella and Christian have surprisingly left the tree alone. They haven't broken any ornaments and they haven't tipped over the tree. Thank heavens because last year it happened at least 3 or 4 times. I don't know how they will do with presents, though. We haven't wrapped any yet for fear that they will open them when we aren't looking. We are so excited for Christmas this year.

I bet Austin was standing on a chair for the star. I helped decorate your tree one year, remember? And you guys have some TALL trees. Congrats on your house! Merry Christmas!

Congrats on the new house. We will have to drope by sometime. The tree looks great and I am sure the kids will love Christams.

How fun this is going to be for you guys - Ella and Christian are at such a fun age to enjoy Christmas. Do they kind of understand "Santa" at all? Thanks for the photo card - they're so cute.

By the way - Bryon wants me to comment that Austin looks like a hippy with that facial hair. :)
